Dear Alumni!
The Faculty of Technical Chemistry would like to have more insights into combining parenthood and careers. We are also interested in the perception of parenthood in your working environment and your past experience at TU WIEN. Our goal is to better support the different groups of scientists at TU WIEN in their working environment.
For this reason, the Working Life Research Center (FORBA) Vienna and the consulting firm Ward Howell International (Dr.in Marita Haas) were commissioned to develop and conduct an online survey.
I cordially invite you to participate in the survey, whether you are a parent or not. Your input will form the basis for an in-depth reflection on faculty leadership and the development of future action.
FORBA will analyze responses to the questions in an anonymous form. Aggregated results of the survey will then be presented in a report and at events organized by FemChem. In any case, drawing conclusions about individual persons will not be possible.

The body conducting the survey, the Forschungs- und Beratungsstelle Arbeitswelt (FORBA) in Vienna, is contractually obligated to comply with the provisions of data protection law. The operator of the LamaPoll survey platform is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation and the German Federal Data Protection Act. Data is secured exclusively on servers in Germany. After the end of the survey, all data will be deleted.
